1 – We will unpack your merchandise.
2 – We will load merchandise onto the truck in reverse order of deliveries.
3 – We will carefully blanket wrap each piece and we cover upholstery with plastic.
4- We will confirm your delivery in advance and give you a 60 minute window.
Preparing for your delivery:
All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.

While you’re picking up: Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the High Point Furniture team member assisting you.
